Orders:

Do I need an account to place an order? 

No.  If you do not already have an account, one will automatically be generated for you and a temporary password emailed to the email address provided at checkout. With this account, you will be able to track your orders and view any previous order history.  A confirmation email will be sent with your password for you to access your account. 

When will I receive my order acknowledgment?

You will receive your order confirmation details immediately after order checkout, log into your account and shipping status will display there for your convenience.

When will I receive my tracking information?

You will receive order tracking details as soon as they become available by the courier shipping details become available once received after checkout, log into your account and shipping status will display there for your convenience.  Orders usually ship 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

When will I be charged?

Credit card : Charges will apply immediately.

Credit Account : Charges will incur based on the terms of your account.  Standard terms are 30 days.

When will I receive a copy of my invoice?

As soon as your order has shipped, a copy of the order invoice will be sent to the email address provided with the order and a copy accessible in your Tag-Connect account listed with your orders.

Can I view my order history?

To view previous purchases, sign into your Tag-Connect account.
