Tag-Connect’s Plug-of-Nails™ connectors have turned up in some pretty exciting places, including F1 race car development. Most recently, the TC2030-CTX-STDC14 was used to program a custom dual actuated eCVT (electronic Continuously Variable Transmission) built by Cal Poly’s Baja SAE team for off-road racing.

Tag-Connect Plug-of-Nails™ programming connectors were used on the development of the Ingenuity Mars Helicopter to minimize PCB real estate and component weight (no mating half connector is required on the PCB). Three TC2050 footprints can be seen on the Flight Control Board.
