TC2030 FTDI Chip-in-Connector™ for USB-to-Serial conversion, designed to replace bulky FTDI cables. A high-quality USB-C cable is included in the bundle.
DESCRIPTION
The TC2030-CIC-FT232H is a USB-C Chip-in-Connector™ that integrates a high-speed FTDI USB-to-serial conversion chip directly into our 6-Pin TC2030 connector housing, eliminating the unshielded, low-speed, poorly suited, bulky cable that is typical of traditional FTDI cables.
Designed to plug directly onto our patented TC2030 Plug-of-Nails™ footprint, the Chip-in-Connector™ lets you connect to a target board using any standard USB-C data cable. Designed for embedded programming, debugging, firmware development, and production testing, the Chip-in-Connector™ supports communication through interfaces such as UART, JTAG, I²C, and SPI, depending on the connected hardware and interface configuration.
